System Upgrade Announcement

Dear Residents of Camdon Eco Horizon,

To serve you better, we are upgrading our community management system to a more robust platform: Leaf Smart Community. This transition is scheduled for Sunday, 14 December 2025.

Please allow us to guide you through this simple transition process.

Important: DO NOT Login to "Leaf Smart Community" Yet!

You can ONLY login starting: 15 December 2025 (Monday) after 6:00 AM

Why? Logging in before the migration is complete may cause a "System Error" and could corrupt your email data. Please kindly wait until after 6:00 AM on Monday, 15 December 2025.

📱 Neighbourhood App vs New App: What to Expect?

What Stays the SAME?

  • • Look & Feel: The "Leaf" app interface is identical to "Neighbourhood". It will feel very familiar!
  • • Visitor Management: Inviting guests works exactly the same way.
  • • Your Login ID: You will use the SAME Email address.

What is DIFFERENT?

  • • Bill Payment: The Leaf App is for Security only. It does NOT support payments.
  • • Accounts: We are introducing "Condo Master" specifically for billing & accounts.

    Check Your Username (Do this NOW)

    Open the Neighbourhood app -> Go to Profile. Note down the email address shown there.

    Download "Leaf Smart Community" App

    You may download it now, but PLEASE DO NOT LOGIN YET. Wait for Monday.

    Login to Leaf App using the SAME EMAIL as in Neighbourhood with password: Welcome123

📅 Migration Timeline (14 - 15 Dec)

Before 8:00 PM
(Sun, 14 Dec)

Please use Neighbourhood App to pre-invite any guests.

8:00 PM - 6:00 AM
(Sunday Night)

System SLEEPING for migration. App cannot be used.

After 6:00 AM
(Mon, 15 Dec)

Login to Leaf App using Welcome123.
